Κάνετε μασάζ με κυκλικές κινήσεις στις περιοχές ενδιαφέροντος όπως στήθος, στομάχι, γλουτοί και μηροί έως ότου το προϊόν να απορροφηθεί. Apply to the body morning and night, from the beginning to the end of pregnancy. After childbirth, use for at least 8 weeks. Massage in circular motions on areas of concern such as the breasts, belly, buttocks, and thighs until fully absorbed.
